About:
Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is a local mental health charity supporting children, young people and adults across our communities.
They provide mental health and wellbeing services, from someone to talk to and community support to specialist and crisis services, helping people get the support they need when they need it most.
Why:
I have chosen to support Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind because mental health is a cause very close to my heart.
After losing my brother-in-law to suicide, I went through my own journey with depression. That experience changed the way I see mental health and the importance of talking, listening and having the right support available.
Since then, supporting mental health has become something I carry through the work and projects I choose to be part of.
Through this calendar, I hope to help raise awareness, encourage more conversations and support a charity making a real difference in our local community.
Because sometimes one conversation can change a life.
